About Offline Yoga

Hi, I'm Anh! I created Offline Yoga as a way to share a practice that has deeply shaped my life.

I found yoga by chance 17 years ago and did not expect that it gradually became one of the most meaningful parts of my life. Over the past 8 years, I’ve dedicated my practice to the Iyengar Yoga tradition, where I’ve developed a deep appreciation for alignment, mindfulness, the art of paying attention while building more strength, stability and mobility. Yoga has given me not only strength, clarity, and a way to reconnect with myself through different seasons of life, but also a community of meaningful friendships, mentorships and connections. Because of the impact it has had on me, I wanted to give back to yoga by bringing this practice to others.

That’s how Offline Yoga began, an initiative that partners with yoga, wellness, and dance studios to offer classes that invite people to slow down, unplug from daily noise, and reconnect with themselves.

My classes are accessible to all levels and balance movement with stillness. Some classes are more energizing and strength-building, while others are slower, more restorative, and focused on nervous system care. If this resonates with you, I’d love to welcome you to class someday.
