6-7pm hatha yoga beginners class every Monday at Abbey Studios on Abbey Street in Bangor NI.

This is a slow flow class where we will move through the foundational yoga asanas (postures), holding each pose for several breaths and moving with mindful intention. We will cover a new pose each month, breaking it down into manageable steps with adjustments and variations offered to suit different ability levels.

**Autumn/Winter 2026 Update**: The last class of each month will be a restorative yoga class. Restorative yoga is a floor-based practice where we use the support of yoga props (e.g. bolsters, blankets, blocks and cushions) to hold the weight of the body, allowing us to enter into a deep state of conscious rest.
