Description
Yin yoga consists of a series of passive, longer-held floor poses (3 to 5 minutes) targeting the deep connective tissues of the body (tendons, ligaments, fascia). Slower and more meditative, yin yoga gives you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body, allowing you to relax and let go of the tensions of your day. A very cooling, grounding and nurturing practice open to all levels from complete beginners to more experienced students who want to bring balance to their dynamic yoga practice.
