Hi, my name is Katriena and I am the owner of Om Shanti Well Beings.
I have been teaching yoga and mindfulness meditation for over 8 years and offer yoga, meditation, workshops and retreats in Caloundra, on the Sunshine Coast and online.
My classes are perfect for everyday people who are looking for an inclusive space to be curious and playful while mindfully moving their bodies and connecting to their minds.
I am passionate about creating spaces for all bodies and ages from beginners onwards and offer a variety of classes to suit your needs.

Description
Suitable for all levels and all bodies.
In this class we will move our bodies in a flow yoga class, progressively bringing heat into our bodies through various postures that connect seamlessly.
Although this is a more warming class with elements of challenge, there are always different variations of poses offered to suit where you are on the day.
With an element of play and workshopping along the way, let me show you how yoga is for everyone.
Each class finishes with savasana and an optional head massage.
