Hi, my name is Katriena and I am the owner of Om Shanti Well Beings. I have been teaching yoga and mindfulness meditation for over 8 years and offer yoga, meditation, workshops and retreats in Caloundra, on the Sunshine Coast and online. My classes are perfect for everyday people who are looking for an inclusive space to be curious and playful while mindfully moving their bodies and connecting to their minds. I am passionate about creating spaces for all bodies and ages from beginners onwards and offer a variety of classes to suit your needs. Join me in slowing down and pressing the pause button.

Let me show you how yoga is for all bodies and that you do not need to turn yourself into a pretzel to enjoy all the benefits of yoga.

Enjoy gentle movement of your body while experiencing the benefits of a mind-body connection.

In this gentle class, yoga postures will be demonstrated to be accessible for all bodies and all levels. Poses will be broken down with lots of options and the use of different props and support, as well as taking the time to connect to our breath as a way of finding stillness within.

In our classes, we don't take ourselves too seriously. They are enjoyable and often with moments of laughter and silliness.
