订课/取消 截止时间
早课：（前一天）3pm
晚课：（当天）1pm

临时取消/未出席
Unlimited Pass - 扣除3天
Class Pass - 扣除1次

注意事项:
1. 每堂课最少3名学生开班。

2. 请尽早订课，老师需要充足的时间准备课程。人数不够的情况下也需要在合理的时间内得知取消通知，谢谢大家的谅解。

3. 如果有紧急情况导致临时无法出席，请务必通过WhatsApp（6011 6393 1106）告知。


如果你预订了课但因学生不足而取消:-
1. Unlimited Pass - 不提供延期
2. Class Pass - 1天延期

瑜伽馆休假
1. 根据马来西亚公共假期关闭(包括每年1/1)，不提供补课/延期。
2. 由于其他原因/不可预见的情况而关闭，将提供补课/延期。

Booking & Cancellation cut off time
Morning class - 3pm (one day before)
Evening class - 1pm (same day)

Late Cancellation/No Show
Unlimited Pass - Deduction of 3 days
Class Pass - Deduction of 1 credit

Note:
1. Min. 3 students per class.

2. Teachers will need to prepare the class and be informed in a reasonable timeframe on the cancellation too if the class does not meet the minimum required students.

3. In case of emergencies where you're unable to attend class, please inform us promptly via WhatsApp at (6011 6393 1106).

If you’ve booked the class and it got cancelled because of insufficient students:-
1. Unlimited Pass Package - No extension
2. Class Pass Package - 1 day extension

About Closure
1. Studio will be closed following Malaysia Public Holidays (including 1/1 every year), no replacement/extension will be given on this.
2. Studio closures due to other reasons/unforeseen circumstances will be given replacement/extension.
