A free hour class to celebrate international yoga day with Om Studio. This will be with one of our teachers.

This class is totally free but if you would like to make a contribution to our chosen charity, Teen Yoga Foundation, you may do so by sending money to a friend via PayPal using this email address yoga@omstudio.co.uk and we will donate all money sent after the event.

Your zoom link will be emailed to you just before the class starts. Please make sure you join about 5 minutes before class so that you are ready.
