Angela Watson
300 Hr Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, and Thai Yoga Bodywork Practitioner Angie has been teaching yoga for 10 years and enjoys teaching many different forms of yoga. Angie believes that yoga is a form of therapy, and she brings forth that energy in her classes. She teaches mindfulness and present moment awareness, creating freedom from mental chatter. She is a Yoga Therapist and specializes in Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Angie is a Reiki master teacher who uses Reiki in some of her classes as a form of relaxation for her students. She also enjoys using sound vibrational tools such as the gong and multiple singing bowls as a means of providing relaxation and release during savasana. Angie works with kids and the elderly, and teaches at multiple locations in downtown Hamilton. Her philosophy is to meet people where they are at and to make yoga accessible for anyone!
Find balance and connection to mind, body, and soul in this practice. Beginning with a Vinyasa Flow, moving from one pose to the next, linking our breath and movement. This practice will end with deep, long stretches that will stretch the connective tissues of the joints. Finding balance between movement and stillness, exploring our inner workings and rejuvenating our body!
