She looks forward to continued opportunities to grow her practice as a teacher and share it with others.
Description
An asana sequence offered to beginners, and regular yoga practitioners. This class allows you to move gently through each posture. First going through a warm-up, then a series of seated, standing, back postures, and finally ending with a final relaxation to let all the benefits sink in. This class builds a good foundation, and increases mindfulness of our posture, and the ways we move our bodies on and off the mat. All levels welcomed.
