7:00-9:00 pm Spring Chill: Gentle Movement, Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

Let’s chill together for a very special “Spring Chill” event that includes gentle yoga movement, Yoga Nidra and a full one-hour sound bath. Spring is a season of growth, rebirth and rejuvenation. This time of transformation brings an opportunity to relax, be present and make room for new opportunities.

During this two-hour evening event scheduled for Tuesday, May 23, we will spend 30 minutes with gentle yoga movement, 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra and a full one-hour sound bath journey. Yoga Nidra is a powerful form of guided meditation that allows you to scan the body and tap into a state of relaxed consciousness. A sound bath journey will follow using multiple instruments including crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, tuning forks and gong to create a space that invites you to relax and be present.

Spring Chill is led by DeAnna (RYT 500) and Scott (CYT 200). Come join us and support the wellness of your mind, body and soul during this special two-hour event.

Spring Chill will take the place of regularly scheduled Fit Flow and Candlelight Immersion that evening. Cost is $25 for $20 for those with Pass Perks. Advanced registration is highly recommended.
