Introduction to the Chakras + Chakra Bracelet Making
Monday, Aug 10 from 6 pm-8:30 pm

Cost is $45, in advanced, $55 day of/at the door
Instructor: DeAnna

The word chakra translates to “spinning wheel” and the chakras represent the energy lines that run though our body. The chakras govern our behavior, emotions and build the structure of our physical body and our personality.

In this 2-1/2-hour workshop, we will explore the basics of the seven main chakras and learn what they are and how they affect us. We will look at how each chakra works on a physical, emotional and physiological level. Each student will have the opportunity to take an online chakra test and identify what the results mean. The workshop will include a gentle chakra flow and meditation. It will end with each student making a chakra bracelet to take home.
