Leah Conner
Leah (E-RYT 200, RYT 500) has practiced yoga, off and on, for 25 years, but in 2018 decided to gain more knowledge about the actual history and lifestyle of yoga by pursuing her 200-hour teacher training. She loved the training so much that in 2019, she completed another round of training and is now a registered 500-hour instructor. Her desire is to bring positive energy and compassion to the mat for everyone from beginner level to advanced. Leah loves the ancient teachings and sharing how yoga can help with healing both physically and mentally, from physical and/or emotional trauma, and how yoga is a powerful tool for achieving overall health. Yoga is wonderful exercise, but there is so much more to gain than physical fitness! Leah is certified in Yin, Restorative and Trauma Informed Yoga. TGIF Flow - It’s Fri-YAY! Who’s ready for the weekend? Start yours strong with Leah, every Friday at 8:30am! This practice is aimed at increasing both strength and flexibility, while also allowing time for breath work, grounding, and setting an intention for a less stressful, more productive mindset going into your weekend. Come to this flow expecting to get just what you need, as it is YOUR practice, and you’ll be able to go as hard (or as chill) as you like! See you on the mat!
