Deni Sanxhaku is a 300-hour certified yoga teacher and community facilitator based in Tirana. Her work brings together Eastern philosophy and Western approaches to the nervous system, shaped by her experience in teaching, community building, and women’s empowerment.
Her approach combines Vinyasa Flow, somatic practices, breathwork, cacao rituals and meditation in a way that is slow, structured, and accessible. She designs and facilitates trauma-informed sessions tailored to women and community groups, with a focus on emotional processing, reconnection to the body and relational healing.
Alongside her teaching, Deni has been engaged in community and social impact work, with a focus on inclusion, participation, and collective care. Through group sessions, workshops, and immersive experiences, she weaves together movement, stillness, and sound to support restoration, emotional awareness, and a deeper sense of presence.

Description
Unlike our flow-style classes, Hatha yoga invites you to stay: holding each pose longer, moving less, and feeling more. Time to feel the shape, settle into the body, and notice what's happening beneath the surface. We begin with breathwork and an extended meditation to arrive fully in the body and mind. From there, we move slowly and intentionally through a sequence of held postures, giving each shape time to unfold — building strength, steadiness, and stillness from within.
Fewer transitions. More presence. Hatha's slower pace and longer holds are gentler on the nervous system when it's already working hard to regulate body temperature.
All levels welcome.
