Deni Sanxhaku is a 300-hour certified yoga teacher and community facilitator based in Tirana. Her work brings together Eastern philosophy and Western approaches to the nervous system, shaped by her experience in teaching, community building, and women’s empowerment. Her approach combines Vinyasa Flow, somatic practices, breathwork, cacao rituals and meditation in a way that is slow, structured, and accessible. She designs and facilitates trauma-informed sessions tailored to women and community groups, with a focus on emotional processing, reconnection to the body and relational healing. Alongside her teaching, Deni has been engaged in community and social impact work, with a focus on inclusion, participation, and collective care. Through group sessions, workshops, and immersive experiences, she weaves together movement, stillness, and sound to support restoration, emotional awareness, and a deeper sense of presence.

Description

A mindful Vinyasa practice that blends breath, fluid movement, and body awareness into a grounding yet powerful flow. The focus is less on alignment and more on sensing, feeling, and moving from within.
