About Orange Tree Studios
I am an advanced BWY 500-hr Yoga Teacher with a passion for restorative and gentle yoga practices.
Alongside my main teacher training, I have completed additional training in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Breathwork and Mediation. My classes are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and find greater ease in both body and mind.
I have also trained with two Qigong Schools, completing advanced training with Forest Rock and continuing my studies through Holden Qigong. Qigong is a gentle, meditative practice that works with energy through mindful movement, breath and awareness. It can be both calming and energising.
I offer Sound Baths in my home studio, where gentle resonant waves from crystal bowls and other instruments help create a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. Sound baths can be a beautiful way to release tension, restore balance and find greater calm.
My studio is a warm, spacious and cosy space, perfect for the restorative practices I offer. Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided, although you are very welcome to bring your own if you prefer. There is also a toilet and parking available.
I am always happy to answer any questions and offer support before or after the practice.
