It will be a restorative, smooth and calming 90 minutes yoga practice, finished with a short Yoga Nidra.

Candles, sand, music, soft lights, positive vibes, self-care practice and the sounds of the sea is waiting for you!

Please bring your own mat or a towel with you! Prepare maybe a blanket and warm socks too. Also, arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to make sure you find us in the dark on the beach.

It will be all about diving deeper into the wisdom of more challenging yoga poses in a safe way through an interactive class. Our concept is to introduce you every week one main asana which we try to break down in details, deconstruct it, understand its dynamics and learn how we can apply props (blocks, straps) and the use of the wall in order to create a mindful self-practice for ourselves. We will give you individual advices, support you on the best possible way to master your own asana practice, and also discuss any questions throughout the class. Our focus will remain on the unity of breath, body and mind, therefore it will be also an inward journey where you will discover and explore deeper layers of yourself.

The class is recommended for everyone, but it can be especially for you if you have practiced asanas for min. 1 year, so you are aware of some basic teachings of yoga.
