Our Hatha Yoga classes are all about mindful breathing and movement, body awareness, correct alignment, self-care practices and relaxation. That discipline will teach you how to become the master of your breath, body and mind. All that in a beautiful settings where nature will remind us that abundance surrounds us: seeing the waves of the sea in front of you, feeling the seabreeze touching your skin, enjoying the shade of the trees and the first rays of the sun during your yoga practice is a truly magical experience.

The class will start at 10:00, so arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to settle down.

Please bring your own mat/towel with you.

Ladder Flow moves beyond a regular Vinyasa yoga practice as it is a fun, creative and intelligent way of sequencing. In this class movements progressively build upon each other, creating a fluid and evolving flow. First we will be bringing a few poses one after another to create a mini sequence which is coordinated together with the breath. After repeating those poses a few times, you’ll add more poses and build complexity into the sequence. The practice becomes physically engaging as more poses are layered in and eventually you are in a moving meditation where your body remembers the steps but your mind will be free from thoughts. It also teaches you how to focus on graceful transitions, to be more fluid and mobile.
