Description
90min extended monthly practice. Combining Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra. During this class you will explore stillness and rest. Learn how to nourish your body with these softer practices where longer holds in poses while using props such as blankets, bolsters or blocks. Various breathing techniques will help to regulate your nervous system.
Allowing your body to feel fully supported and giving your mind a chance to slow down. Consciously look after yourself and respond to the need of regular rest.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, feeling overwhelmed, stressed or tired and in need of some deep rest - this class is for you!
