Inspired by Patanjali’s teaching that yoga is the settling of the mind, this calming video class invites you to deepen your connection with the breath. Guided by steady, conscious breathing, we move gently to soothe the nervous system and bring clarity and ease to both body and mind.
Incorporating flowing asana, a moving mudra meditation, and Tai Chi–inspired movements, this practice supports a more intimate relationship with the breath — the bridge between body and mind. Perfect for slowing down, grounding, and restoring balance.
