Offering Care to What Feels Depleted Loving-Kindness Meditation

A Loving-Kindness meditation focused on meeting low or drained energy with gentleness rather than effort.
In this practice, we use traditional loving-kindness phrases as a steady, supportive anchor. Instead of trying to generate positivity or uplift mood, we allow kindness to be offered exactly where we are, especially when energy feels thin, tired, or worn down.
This meditation is an invitation to rest in care, not to fix or improve anything. It is especially supportive if you are feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or in need of simple compassion toward yourself.
You are welcome to listen quietly, repeat the phrases silently, or simply let the intention of kindness wash through you in whatever way feels possible today.
This practice is part of the January theme, Energy, and explores how care itself can be a form of restoration.
