Tonight we complete our four-week series, Mindfulness for Emotional Balance. In Week 1, we practiced meeting emotions with curiosity. In Week 2, we practiced staying present as emotions move and change. In Week 3, we practiced self-soothing and inner kindness. Tonight, we integrate all of it.
