A mindfulness meditation focused on creating space between reaction and response. Through gentle awareness of the body, breath, and present-moment experience, we begin to notice our habitual patterns and cultivate the ability to respond with care rather than react automatically. This practice supports emotional balance, clarity, and intentional action in daily life.
