A relaxing slow paced, gentle class suitable for most body types, age and mobility. The focus is on soothing and nourishing the body and mind.

NB. You are booking an INDOOR spot for your yoga practice. This space is separated by the outdoor space by a deck. Your teacher may be standing on the deck and teaching both students inside the yoga room and those students outdoors.
