A relaxing slow paced, gentle class suitable for most body types, age and mobility. The focus is on soothing and nourishing the body and mind.
NB. You are booking an OUTDOOR spot for your yoga practice. This space is separated by the indoor yoga room by a deck. Your teacher will be standing on the deck and teaching both students inside the yoga room and those students outdoors. Please consider the weather when booking your spot.
