Classes are held at Barclay Hall, 158 Tukapa Street, Westown and there is parking available onsite.
Each class runs for 1 hour and mats, towels and pillows will be provided. Please wear clothing that is comfortable for exercising in. Mats will be cleaned after each class but you are welcome to bring your own towel or mat to use. Masks are optional.
