Valerie embodies classical Pilates with the grace of a true Frenchwoman – and has done so for over 15 years!
In 2017, she completed the PPC 1 (Peak Pilates Comprehensive) training with Peak Pilates to deepen her knowledge and take her first steps toward teaching. In 2025, she successfully completed an additional mat basic and intermediate Pilates training.
Every Tuesday evening, Valerie is happy to guide you (in English) through the open-level group mat class as well as the semi-private basic class.
