During this semi-private group class, we work in a small group (max 5 people) using the Pilates equipment. This may include the Reformer, but also the Tower, Chair, or mat. This BASIC class is open to people with no prior Pilates experience as well as those a first experience on the Pilates equipment. This class is taught in English!

During this OPEN STUDIO semi-private session, you work individually on your own practice under guidance. You choose which Pilates apparatus you train on: you will always start with either a mat workout or a reformer workout. You are guided by Valerie (in English). Based on what she observes, you will then receive some individual needs exercises to deepen and improve your practice. This class is open to people with at least a BASIC PLUS level; you should be able to work with the charts (overview of exercises with photos).
