Hi there,
I’m a fully certified Pilates & Yoga Instructor teaching group classes for all abilities from beginners through to advanced for the past 13 years both In Person from New Ross and Online.
Description
Weather permitting. We will begin with 40min of gentle movement exercises to release any physical tension and finish with 20 min of guided meditation to awaken your senses, expand your consciousness and open your heart, setting you up for fantastic weekend.
Please bring an extra layer of warm clothing ( even a blanket and maybe socks) for meditation.
