Full length, full body mobilising and strengthening workout Equipment: -Yoga blocks -Foam roller, or balance/wobble board/cushion or something if the like to stand on and challenge your balance in standing exercises ( actually if you don't have anything like that you could do those exercises with your eyes closed) - A tin of Tuna!
