Grab a light set of weights , 2 blocks and a cushion In this class we work on mobilisation and strength as always with particular focus on disassociation of the upper and lower torso, I.e. moving the upper torso / rib cage area independently of the hips, and sensing the difference between moving the leg with and without moving the pelvis.
