Join this dynamic, fun, all-levels Pilates class, designed to improve mobility and flexibility as well and strength. Enjoy low-impact exercises that strengthen and stretch your body, promoting balance, core stability, and overall well-being. No two classes are the same. We use blocks, Pilates balls, bands or no equipement at all. All classes are designed to target a range of muscle groups in a sequence that flows from one exercise to the next.
