From classic standing Yoga poses, to sun salutations and a classic Pilates workout. Core strength as well as stretches and mobilisation. Every class will finish with breath work to aid general well being, a way to destress or connect mind and body. The spaces are limited in this new, serene venue and all equipement provided.
