Hatha yoga is a traditional form of yoga that emphasizes physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). The term "hatha" comes from the Sanskrit words "ha" (sun) and "tha" (moon), symbolizing the balance between the active and passive forces in the body. No-one does it better than Laurie! Suitable for all levels but a more athletic class.
