SKYE is a South-African-born, London-certified and Spain-residing Vinyasa yoga teacher. Having spent 12 years’ working in Film, TV & Advertising, Skye is well acquainted with living life in the fast lane. And familiar with feeling anxious & stressed, wired & tired, burnt out & flat out. But, yoga has been the single-most powerful antidote for her to combat and cope with that (and much more). A keyboard warrior turned wellness warrior, Skye mantra is simple: less rush, more rhythm and she is incredibly passionate about sharing the power of yoga (what she calls #firstaidforthesoul).
MARGARET is a Strala yoga teacher, Qigong instructor, meditation guide, Yogabody breathwork coach, and fur mom to two cats Gabriel & Misty and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Toby. Done with “beating herself up”, Margaret was looking for an exercise routine that could help her and her students be fit, flexible, strong and slim without pain and tension. She found that “it doesn’t need to hurt to be effective” with the Strala and Qigong methods, making her yoga classes challenging but gentle, fluid and fun - while keeping her students grounded in the parasympathetic response.
SEÁNA is a Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher and fur mom to a four-legged fur teenager, Finn. Born in Ireland and now deeply rooted on the coast, Seána has been sharing the practice of yoga for the past 7 years. After years of travel and self-discovery, she completed her Yoga Teacher Training in beautiful Marbella, where she found her deepest connection to the practice barefoot on the beach. Seána’s teaching style blends mindful flows with grounding breath and presence to help students reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and open their hearts.
NICKY is a UK-born, Marbella-based yoga instructor and certified breathwork coach with over 14 years’ experience in the health and wellness world (i.e. she’s seen all the trends—and knows what actually works). With roots in Vinyasa Flow but branches spreading into restorative yoga and mat-based Pilates, her sessions blend strength, softness and a whole lot of stress relief for students of all levels. Having taught on international wellness retreats and boutique fitness escapes, Nicky brings a calming yet quietly motivating presence to every mat - helping you release stress, reconnect with yourself and feel lighter than when you arrived.
AMY is fur mom to Cleo (the black cat you'll see on her mat) and works full time for the children's charity, UNICEF UK. Alongside her busy job, and being a self-confessed recovering people pleaser, yoga has always been Amy’s solace; her mat a judgement-free space to focus on herself and fill her cup so she can let it spill over. Now, Amy holds space for others to dedicate time to themselves - to move their bodies, breathe deeply, calm their minds and take away tools to use off the mat and in their busy lives.
IZZY is a children’s critical care nurse, yoga teacher and a new mom. Since childhood, Izzy has had a passion for standing on her head and doing handstands, but in her adult life, yoga has played a more crucial role in not only nourishing her physically, but also supporting her mental health as a critical care nurse. Throughout and beyond the pandemic, showing up on her yoga mat has helped Izzy to show up for her shifts, and continues to help her find balance amidst the endless chaos of life. Now, Izzy is passionate about sharing her love for yoga and the positive mindset, habits and balance that can be cultivated from this ancient philosophy and practice.
