Roll, skip or hop out of bed and start your Monday morning with softness, ease and fluidity. Margaret’s Strala class combines traditional yoga movement with the healing wisdom of tai chi, qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as a way to help people release stress, heal, build strength, increase flexibility & mobility, and find balance with a gentle practice that feels good. This open and accessible 60 minute Strala yoga class is suitable for students of all ages and all levels (no previous experience needed).

Join Margaret and her fur baby (Toby) on Monday mornings to move and stretch your body - so you can step off the mat feeling lighter, nourished and ready to take on the week with focus and ease.

Margaret is Marbella yoga royalty (although she would not like to admit it). Her unique Strala yoga style (combining qigong and tai chi influences) alongside her post-yoga ritual (a cold swim and coffee) have helped her create an amazing community of people who come for so much more than movement. They come for a dose of wellness for mind, body, community and soul.
