Susan teaches 5 Elements Hatha Flow, where one element (earth, water, fire, air or space) is chosen to determine the pace and energy of the yoga flow, and brings focus to a specific chakra/ area of the body. Each class includes a revitalising yoga flow, a short meditation, pranayama (breathwork) and ends with a relaxing savasana.

Being on the beach, what better way to connect to all the elements - leaving you feeling challenged, but fresh and nourished on Thursday mornings!
