Daphne is a Pilates enthusiast. She has been practicing the method with passion and devotion .She also has a degree in Interior Design .She started using Pilates as a tool to support her body in dance, and she hasn’t stopped practicing ever since . She has graduated BASI Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training program mat and equipment and offers to her students sessions with attention to detail.
