Hot Easy Vinyasa with a Touch of Yin
Hot Easy Vinyasa with a touch of Yin is a gentle yet flowing class that invites you to move with ease, awareness and breath — supported by the warmth of the room. The heat helps your body soften, allowing you to move more freely while staying deeply connected to yourself.
We begin with an easy, accessible Vinyasa flow: slow, mindful sequences that build gentle strength, mobility and balance without rushing or forcing. Each movement is guided by the breath, creating a calm and steady rhythm that feels nourishing rather than demanding.
Towards the end of the class, we transition into Yin-inspired postures, holding soft poses a little longer to release tension in the deeper layers of the body. This moment of stillness allows the nervous system to settle, the mind to quiet and the body to fully integrate the practice.
