Dide Arentsen
Dide has completed the PoYoMi Academy and is a deeply loved teacher within our community. She teaches Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga and Easy Vinyasa, guiding her classes with calm presence, softness and clarity.
She has a natural ability to truly listen to the group as a whole and to each individual student. This makes her classes feel safe, personal and attuned to what is needed in the moment. Dide creates space where students feel seen, supported and invited to move at their own pace, while gently deepening their connection to body, breath and inner awareness.
Her teaching is grounded, heart-led and nurturing — a beautiful reflection of the PoYoMi philosophy.

HOT EASY VINYASA & YIN
Hot Easy Vinyasa & Yin is a balanced class where gentle flow and deep stillness come together in a warm room.
The class starts with Easy Vinyasa — a soft, mindful flow that moves with the breath. The pace is calm and accessible, focusing on fluid transitions, mobility, and building gentle strength without force or pressure. You are invited to listen to your body and move in a way that feels supportive.
In the second part of the class we shift into Yin Yoga. Poses are held longer, mostly close to the floor, allowing the body to soften and the deeper layers of connective tissue to release. The warmth helps muscles relax and supports a deeper sense of surrender.
This class supports:
releasing tension and stiffness
calming the nervous system
improving flexibility and mobility
reconnecting with breath and body awareness
Suitable for all levels, especially if you enjoy a slower pace, mindful movement and deep relaxation. Perfect when you want both gentle activation and profound rest.
