Slow. Deep. Restorative.
Hot Yin is a deeply calming practice that combines long-held, passive stretches with the soothing warmth of infrared heat (around 36–38°C). The heat softens your fascia, allowing your body to open safely while your mind unwinds.
This class is all about releasing tension, calming the nervous system and creating space — in your body and in your mind. Expect slow movement, deep stretches and moments of stillness that help you reconnect with yourself.
Perfect for you if you want to:
• reduce stress and mental overload
• soften tight muscles and fascia
• improve flexibility safely
• unwind after a busy day
• restore energy without intensity
What you’ll experience
• Long-held Yin poses (2–5 minutes)
• Gentle infrared heat that supports deep release
• Focus on breath, softness and awareness
• Stretches for hips, hamstrings, spine & shoulders
• A grounding, meditative atmosphere
