Slow down. Melt in. Check in.
A short yet deeply restorative Hot Yin session designed to guide you out of your head and back into your body. The gentle infrared heat (around 36–38°C) softens your fascia, helping you release tension more easily and drop into a state of calm.
During this 50-minute practice, you’ll move through longer-held, passive postures while using your breath as your anchor. No doing — just being. This is your moment to ground, feel, and recharge.
Perfect for you if you…
• spend a lot of time in your head
• feel stressed, overwhelmed, or overstimulated
• crave deep relaxation
• want to restore your energy without intense effort
• wish to increase flexibility safely
What to expect
• Soft music & gentle heat
• Long-held Yin poses (2–5 minutes)
• Breath-focused relaxation
• Release in hips, lower back, shoulders, and neck
• A calming body scan to integrate
