Hot yin yoga is een heerlijke meditatieve vorm van yoga in onze speciale hot ruimte. We blijven bij yin yoga 3-5 min in de houding om het bindweefsel te stimuleren. In het bindweefsel kunnen blokkades onstaan en daardoor kan de energie in ons lichaam blokkeren. Door middel van yin yoga heffen we deze blokkades op en voel je je weer ontspannen.
