Hatha yoga incorporates asana (postures) and breathing.
Sun salutations form a 'flow' portion of the class, followed by long hold or static poses to increase flexibility, strength and calm the mind.
Suitable for all levels.
SOCIAL DISTANCING PROCEDURES
Due to increased need to distance from one another, class sizes must be smaller. More classes will be offered to make up for this but as room rent will increase, i'm sorry that class prices have gone up slightly.
Do NOT come if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to anyone with symptoms
Do NOT come if you are sheilding
Bring your own mats and blocks please, blocks can be purchsed v cheaply from ebay
Sanitize hands before and after class
Do not congregate before or after
Please wait outside until class is about to begin
There will be no hands on adjustments
The door will remain open when possible so an extra layer might be necessary
