Description
Yin Yoga (60 mins). In this slower-paced and meditative style of yoga practice, the sequence of poses aims to stimulate and rejuvenate subtle energy channels in the body. This holding of mainly seated poses mindfully for several minutes also works with the connective tissues helping to make you more supple without forcing anything. The session aims to leave you more relaxed and rejuvenated.

It's important that you practice with safety in mind, particularly during lockdown. Yoga is to heal and not to harm, and only you can feel what is happening in your body.
