Kathy Potter
Kathy has a B.A. in Sports Medicine from Otterbein University. She is a Yoga teacher, a Weight Watcher's Coach and a Certified Life and Spiritual Life Coach. In her spare time she enjoys paddle boarding, camping, and sitting on the deck with her puppy and family. Kathy loves making connections with people at Stretch Lab, guiding them to a more aligned body/mind state and being a part of their wellness journey.
Opis
Combining meditation, visualization with stretching and slow paced movements and poses. Suitable for all levels, abilities as modifications are a focus to allow for deeper stretches and range of motion.
