About Christina Pridmore, RKin, DOMP

Christina graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University in 1996. In 2013, she graduated as Valedictorian from Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto in 2013. Her post-graduate research thesis won the William Garner Sutherland award for the advancement of clinical osteopathy.

Christina is a member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners, and is regulated by the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. She remains actively involved in research as a thesis advisor and jury member at the Canadian College of Osteopathy.

Christina continues to advance her skills with continuing education courses and maintains certifications in Stott Pilates, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, and Nordic Pole Walking. She strives to maintain an up-to-date, evidence based practice, particularly in the fields of neuroscience and chronic pain.

Christina's treatment philosophy uses an integrated approach by incorporating both osteopathy and therapeutic exercise to help patients reach their individual goals.
