Gilli spent much of her childhood suffering from anxiety, and when she was attacked in her mid 20s, things became much, much worse.

At one point she couldn't even leave the house and for 12 years she struggled with terrible anxiety that made her give up a successful career, made it impossible for her to have job interviews or work meetings, she couldn't even cope with visiting the dentist.

She tried all the medical options including hypnotherapy and psychotherapy but none of these things helped at all. So she was forced to search outside the box. And in that search, she uncovered several really powerful techniques that were transformational, resolved her anxiety and gave her her life back.
