Life for Total Consciousness (LTC)
LTC is a comprehensive meditation technique developed by Swami Isa, an authentic yogi from South India, which combines very simple physical postures (asanas), breath observation & control (pranayama), sound chanting (mantras), precise gestures (mudras), visualizations and relaxation.
Starting from body awareness, we gradually turn the senses inward to calm the mind (pratyahara) through breath control. With the help of sound, gesture and visualization, thoughts are focused in one direction (dharana). When we can maintain this concentration over time, we realize the state of dhyana or meditation, where we can enjoy happiness and deep relaxation. By restoring balance within our self, we achieve harmony with our relatives and environment.
This practice is open to all, beginners are welcome.


Biography
Clara has been teaching yoga and meditation for over ten years. Passionate about the philosophy of traditional yoga, she studied the "Life for Total Consciousness" technique with the Indian Master Swami Isa during numerous stays at the Isalayam ashram in Kerala. Clara continuously adapts this extremely rich and complete method to meet the needs of the public. Engaged in charity work, she has taught for more than 3 years in a prison in France and is currently collaborating with a Mauritian NGO, offering yoga training to educators working with disabled children, as well as a school for disadvantaged children.
