This 18-step process helps to strengthen the ligaments that hold the skeletal and muscular structure together. The entire practice of Surya Shakti is learnt in
3.5 hours. After learning the practice, you can do it on your own, at home while clarifying your doubts with the teacher at any time after the workshop, via phone. You can also register for a weekly guided practice session to ensure you’re doing it right (On request).
