Surya Kriya is a potent 21-step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness and complete inner wellbeing. The entire practice of Surya Kriya is learnt in 6 hours. After learning the practice, you can do it on your own, at home while clarifying your doubts with the teacher at any time after the workshop, via phone. You can also register for a weekly guided practice session to ensure you’re doing it right (On request).
