I’ll be doing my best to guide and support your practice over the coming weeks though our virtual bi-weekly meetings.

We’ll have the opportunity to practice together, on Wednesdays and Saturdays 10 AM Mauritius (7 AM Europe, 2 PM Singapore)

We will be practicing different postures and alignments to help us clear all the limiting knots within our main energy centers, hopefully helping to alleviate some of our imbalances – reinforcing the body physically and energetically.

The practices will be soft and gentle, and I’ll do my best to give modifications and adjustments to suit all levels. (I encourage you to use books, cushions, towels, blankets, chairs, stools, - even the sofa ;o) - to support your practice.)

Since I’m not around to check on your alignment, please do listen carefully to your body, do not push yourself and only practice what feels safe and right at that moment.
